Lost or Stolen Packages
HomeFurnitureUS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first, then contact us for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
We will review and provide a replacement or refund.
